External Stakeholder Feedback Evaluation Process

1. External stakeholder feedback is submitted to the system by our external stakeholders.

2. The feedback is forwarded by the dean’s office to the relevant department heads.

3. External stakeholder opinions and suggestions are discussed in the department board and included in the decision-making process.
